Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your product. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we’re sorry, but we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

Be in its original packaging (if the original box isn’t available, please pack it securely in a substitute box to avoid damage).
